Sample Itinerary: 9 Days | 7 nights

Day 1 – USA / ATHENS

The journey to Greece begins by boarding an international flight to Athens, the capital and largest city in Greece as well as one of the world’s oldest cities.

Day 2 – ATHENS

Upon arrival in Athens you will take a panoramic tour of the city. Dinner and overnight in Athens.

Day 3 – ATHENS

This morning enjoy a sightseeing tour of the city. Among the sights you may see are the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier that stands in front of Parliament House on Constitution Square, the Presidential Mansion, the Panathenaic Stadium, the Metropolitan Cathedral of Athens and the Roman Temple of Olympian Zeus. Your tour will include a visit to the Acropolis, which represents ancient Greek civilization with the architectural masterpieces of the Parthenon and the temple of Athena Nike. You will also visit the well preserved and still used theatre of Herodes Atticus. In the evening your choir will perform at an Exchange Concert. Dinner and overnight in Athens.


Transfer today from Athens to Tolon with a stop en route in Epidaurus to visit the theater. This huge 4th century BC theater is once again used for dramatic performances and seats up to 15,000 spectators. Among all the ancient theaters, the Epidaurus theater is the most beautiful and best preserved. Your choir will have an Impromptu Performance at the theater and then continue on to Tolon, a beautiful fishing village on the Peloponnese peninsula. Dinner and overnight in Tolon.

Day 5 – HYDRA

Today take a full day excursion to Hydra that will include some beach time. Hydra is an island located in the Sarconic Gulf. It is well loved by visitors because of its beautiful beaches and well preserved stone architecture. There are no wheeled vehicles allowed on the island, so transportation is powered by donkeys. After returning to Tolon, your choir will perform a Formal Concert. Dinner and overnight in Tolon.


This morning you will transfer from Tolon to Patras with a stop en route to visit the Olympia excavations. The site of Olympia has been inhabited since prehistoric times. In the 10th century B.C., Olympia became a center for the worship of Zeus. The Altis, or the sanctuary to the gods, has one of the highest concentrations of masterpieces from the ancient Greek world. In addition to temples, there are the remains of all the sports structures erected for the Olympic Games, which were held in Olympia every four years beginning in 776 B.C. After arriving in Patras, your choir will perform a Formal Concert. Dinner and overnight in Patras.

Day 7 – DELPHI

Today take an all day excursion to Delphi, a sacred place considered the “navel” of the world. You will visit the Museum of Delphi with its spectacular finds, including the bronze Charioteer. You can see the Delphi sanctuary excavations where settlements have been unearthed that date as far back as the Neolithic era. You will also visit Oracle Stadium which was built in the 5th century BC. Dinner and overnight in Patras.


Transfer this morning to Athens where you will take an afternoon walking tour of the Old Town of Plaka. It is the historic heart of the city and the oldest continually inhabited area of Athens. At the end of the day enjoy a Farewell Dinner and overnight in Athens.

Day 9 – ATHENS / USA

After breakfast you will go to the airport in Athens to begin your journey back to the USA, taking with you lifelong memories of exploring and performing in Greece.
